At the launch of the CASIO G-SHOCK MT-G on 3rd November 2015 @ Ion Sky!
It was a nice afternoon event high up on the 55th floor of Ion Orchard.
A prestigious good launch of the G-Shock MT-G Series!
It was presented by a few professional Japanese who are very serious in what they are doing and providing us. Which is a good thing.. so that we get the best thing out of it!
G-Shock has been around for many years and it has been a tough and durable watch ever since its establishment. It has a growing number of ardent fans from all around the world; collecting G-Shock watches. A few of my friends are G-Shock watch collectors and myself is a member on a G-Shock Fanpage in Singapore on the Facebook. Always seeing enthusiastic G-Shock lovers putting up their favourite pictures of their G-Shock/s on the fanpage and members liking their postings. There are really these groups of G-Shock-ing people..
Here with the Singapore's CASIO representative having his say on the G-Shock MT-G.
The MT-G series was actually borned in 1999 and it has a few models thereafter till now it launches the latest MT-G model in 2015.
So here's the G-SHOCK MTG-G1000D!
In full stainless-steel metal twisted chain.
And a closer look at it to lure your interest!
The internal details of the G-SHOCK MT-G for your observation.
It boasts the improved Core Guard Structure that boosts the watch’s shock-resistance using a newly developed spring-like fine resin. Wearers need not worry about hard knocks or impact even while on the go as the resin acts as a cushion to protect the module and watch face.

Other models at the launch...

Nice canapés served at the event.. as well as good wine.
They also showcased the G-Shock Gravity Master which also has the Global Time Sync at the event.
It is probably the most affordable Global Time Sync G-Shock you can get.
Its interface is nice with simple dials in it.
A closer look at the skeleton of the Gravity Master.

I personally own a few G-Shocks as well.. and my favourite one would be the G-Shock GA1000-1A Aviation Series which I find every detail is very nice with a tinge of orange that gives it a sportier look to the overall interface.
Here's just a glimpse of it!

The MT-G series is one that is even tougher and it guarantees superb timekeeping as it is armed with Casio’s revolutionary GPS Wave Ceptor Technology and a Dual Coil Motor to quickly adjust and display accurate time, no matter where in the world.

If given a choice of these two.. its really a tough choice for me as both of 'em exudes their own style with their respective persona.

But I shall take blue.

The MTG-G1000D comes in two colour variations, stainless steel with either Blue (MTG-G1000D1A2) or Black (MTG-G1000D-1A) coded City Code Rings. Both models retail at a Suggested Retail Price of SGD$1,799.00 in limited quantities from 3 November 2015 onwards, at all G-Factory stores as well as Cortina Chinatown Point outlet.
