The Eyes Diary | Movie Review

Watching this show with Priscilla.
Thanks Clover Films for the invitation!

It was indeed a pretty good movie.. Thai horror movies usually wouldn't disappoint me.
No matter how bad it is.. it is still better than some movies.. U and I know which kind of horror movies that are bad. Ha..
Some horror movie uses too much visual effects which make the ghost not so realistic, hence you're watching something that is not very convincing. Whereas for this show.. they look REAL! I mean real ghost!

a photo with Yong Wei at the event. :)
It was quite a long time since I last bumped into him.

Suddenly Slender launches Ionithermie Body Contouring in Singapore!

Attended the media launch of the Suddenly Slender's Ionithermie Body Contouring Treatment
at the Holiday Inn Orchard few weeks back.
Above is Live Demo of model undergoing the Ionithermie Body Contouring treatment.
It was pretty insightful and know how this treatment can really make you slimmer.. though I'm already very slim and this programme might not be for me. ha.. But I actually shared some of my goodies (will show in the last picture) that they gave during the event with my cousin whom she said she need those.. in another way.. I've helped to promote the product! ha..
with me at the event was my partner Dawn Lee..
At the event.. she won the 1st Prize in a "LUCKY" Draw.. She's really lucky.. becos I'm her LUCKY STAR!!! HAha... It was quite coincident. She was like telling me she seldom win prizes during event.. then I told her, "Maybe this time with me will win leh? I'm your lucky star!" And there she won.. 1st Prize somore. haha. Previous time we place a bet on a horse at Singapore Turf Club.. and it came in First also! :P
The launch was attended by some 30 bloggers/influencers from The Influencer Network!
These were the goodies given during the event and I gave the D'Lite and Ionithermie products to my cousin already. :)
IBC (Ionithermie Body Contouring) has gone through seven (7) years of clinical researches and trials. The results indicate 1-8 inches loss in the treated areas of the body on 96% of the subjects. IBC has become a favorite anti-cellulite treatment of millions of satisfied customers from all over the world, including celebrities such as Victoria Beckham, Paris Hilton and Heidi Klum#. It has also won awards such as “The Spa Professionals Choice” by American Spa.

What are the benefits of IBC?

• Clinically proven results: Smoother skin texture and reduced measurements
• Defines upper abdominal muscles and improves contour
• Activates the Trans Versus Abdominus (TVA).
• Excellent for post natal re-establishment of muscle tone.
• Aids circulation and lymphatic drainage

How does IBC work?
Ionithermie is a combination of five (5) treatments that are applied simultaneously. It uses five active components that work together directly on the problem:

1. Iontophoresis: A non-invasive electrical stimulation charged with negative and positive ions. It is used in medicine to facilitate the penetration of

therapeutically active ingredients deeply into the skin layers. It also helps to increase blood circulation and lymphatic drainage. The effect of the ionization lasts between 36-48 hours after the treatment.

2. Thermal Aroma Mask: Conductive healing clay which heats up and gives a relaxing feeling. Thermal mask accelerates blood circulation, improves lymphatic flow and relaxes the muscles. The content of clay helps to eliminate excess fluid from the body, stimulates the metabolic processes and re-mineralize the skin.

3. Aromatherapy:
Cypress essential oil increases circulation and helps remove toxins and excess fluid from the body and balance the hormones.
Pine essential oil is a natural diuretic, with stimulating and anti-inflammatory activity on the body.
The effect of the essential oils lasts between 5 -7 days after the treatment.

4. Algae: A building material for connective tissue, re-mineralize the skin and eliminate toxins. Along with other active products, algae stimulate, nourish and heal the skin and body. Algae are rich in iron, iodine, minerals, vitamins, chlorophyll, trace elements and sea salt.

5. Electro Muscle Stimulation with faradic current: It
tightens and tones the muscles. Physiotherapists use Faradic current to restore weak and damaged muscle tissue. It is utilized to stimulate the muscles, which helps blood circulation and lymphatic system.
Furthermore, it helps to detoxifies the extracellular matrix (where collagen is synthesized). Hence, it stimulates the production of collagen resulting in smooth skin

DEAREST 亲爱的 | Movie Review

Its a True Story!

A movie about abducted kids!

Something that would let us have a feel of a parent who has lost their kid.. but not knowing they are still alive or dead.

Its a very disturbing feeling that one would not want to have.. and its very hard to get rid of..

.. until you found your kid.

- - -

Having watch the show.. I felt that those who abducted the kids should be punished severely.

Its a very nice movie which gave us a very good insight to the life experiences of others who were not so fortunate and realised ourselves very fortunate living in Singapore.
But.. we cannot take things for granted.

Anything.. can happen.. anytime, anywhere.

Directed by Peter Chan, starring Zhao Wei, DEAREST 《亲爱的》 is based on a true story, designed to tug firmly on the heartstrings. The story tells a divorced couple who suffers through the abduction of their only child, Peng.Three devastating years later, the couple are reunited with Peng. However, now six years old, Peng has been happily living on a farm in rural Southern China with a younger sister and foster mother.
He does not recognize his biological parents....
